I provide spiritual counseling and healing, approaching each person as a soul and being of Light who has come into his or her present life with a soul history and soul purpose.

I recognize that the psychic and spirit dimensions are real and that we are psychic and spiritual beings as well as physical.

I also recognize that there are phenomena, conditions, and entities that can exist at these levels that can cause a person distress, conflict, and pain.

I am not a physician. Whenever there is a question, I recommend that a person see his or her physician in case there is a physical basis to their symptoms or complaints. One's physician might also offer some relief from pain and/or symptoms while he or she works out the root issues existing at another level.

I believe that a person's body and physical health can be affected by what is happening at a psychic or spirit level. Until we solve the mind-over-matter question, the conservative approach is to look at it from both perspectives – mind over matter; matter over mind. Like with so much else in life, we so often are dealing with the grey areas in between.

A person can be strongly affected at an emotional, psychological, and/or feeling level by what is happening at psychic and spirit levels. For example, panic attacks or anxiety can be triggered by psychic or spirit events occurring outside one's ordinary consciousness; sadness and depression are sometimes more than a chemical imbalance, it can reflect a spiritual or psychic state.

Many conditions and situations can occur at these levels to cause pain, confusion, and distress. Examples include:

• Spiritual emergencies
• Harassment or intrusion by spirits
• Feeling overwhelmed by inner voices, or by the awakening of memories
• Feeling caught or stuck in darkness (feeling unloved, alone and disconnected from one's own spiritual source)
• Entangled in a relationship or emotional pattern involving past-life conflicts or karmic binds
• Being under psychic attack or threat by another person or persons
• Interference or unwelcome contact by extraterrestrial or extra-dimensional beings
• Psychic or spiritual blocks preventing the body from healing

• a need for objective and non-judgmental feedback

Except in a very few cases, I have found that Soul-Centered Healing is not a process that can be facilitated over the phone on an in-depth or long-term basis.
